Give your team the right access
Invite the people who will manage, perform and review work. Assign their sites and roles. Keep company billing with the company super user.
Register the equipment that matters first
Begin with equipment you maintain regularly. Use consistent names and locations. Create or print QR labels from the Assets tab; decide which labels should allow public issue reporting.
Turn one procedure into a maintenance plan
Set the schedule, priority and assignee. Write the SOP or upload its PDF and reference pictures. Generate the next work order and check that the instructions are present.
Complete a real workflow
Have a team member record progress and completion evidence, then close the work order. Review the record together and refine the instructions before rolling out more plans.
Add checkpoints and monitoring deliberately
Map janitorial rounds to useful checkpoints. For sensors, confirm the measurement, gateway coverage, mounting location and alarm requirements with Logic Foundry before installation.
