Our confirmed research includes predictive maintenance, AI-assisted work orders, sensor anomaly detection, energy optimisation, digital twins, BMS API integrations and future smart energy-efficient controls, reporting and decision tools. These areas do not establish shipped integrations, autonomous controls, a customer-facing open API, measured savings or release dates.

What is included in the property price?
CORE-FM starts at CAD $50 per physical property per month, with up to 25 active users per property. CORE-FM Connected is CAD $75 and includes monitoring for up to 10 sensors per property. Hardware is purchased separately. See the pricing page for the full terms.
Where do I order equipment?
Place equipment orders only inside the CORE-FM app with an active subscription. Your company super user or site manager selects the property and equipment available for that site. The website is a catalogue; hardware is billed separately.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Start with your properties, assets and work orders. You can print your own QR asset labels from CORE-FM. Add our commissioned sensors, gateways or programmed NFC tags when your workflow needs them.
How do sensors get connected?
Logic Foundry commissions the sensor and gateway before shipping. You install the equipment at the property, then coverage and readings are verified. Confirm the installation requirements with us before ordering.
Can different teams see different sites?
CORE-FM provides company and site roles for managers, technicians, janitorial staff and vendors. Company accounting is restricted to the company super user.
How does billing work?
You prepay the remaining days of your first calendar month. Following months are invoiced at month-end, due in 15 days. Added and closed properties are prorated by calendar day. Payment options include card, e-Transfer and cheque.
