Our website analytics

We operate our own analytics on Logic Foundry’s server. Analytics starts only when you choose Allow analytics. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

What we count

Page views, visits, approximate unique browsers, referral website names, broad device categories and actions such as opening the demo or submitting an enquiry. A visit ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. Unique browsers are estimates, not identified people.

What we store

A random browser identifier and visit identifier are stored in your browser. The browser identifier expires after one year. Your cookie preference expires after six months; optional analytics then stays off until you choose again. Our server stores hashed identifiers, event dates, known website page paths, referral host names and desktop/tablet/mobile categories. We do not store your form answers, name, email address, full IP address, full browser signature or URL query strings in this analytics database. Network addresses are used briefly in memory to limit excessive requests.

Retention and your choice

Analytics events are retained for up to 395 days. Daily aggregate counts are retained for historical reporting. Declining stops future analytics and removes the browser identifiers; previously collected counts remain. Analytics records are separate from enquiry records and normal security/network logs. We do not send these analytics to Google or sell them.
