PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT · OCTOBER 28, 2026
The workshop is finished.
Finish the certificates beautifully.
Meet CohortMark, a new Logic Foundry tool for independent trainers running recurring adult workshops.

The teaching is done. You still have a roster to check, names to place, files to send and the occasional correction to make. CohortMark brings that final administrative step into one small workspace.
Start with the roster.
Upload or paste a CSV of participant names and optional email addresses and references. Check duplicates and spelling before issuing. Add your logo, colors and issuer details, choose a design, and preview the batch before creating its records.
Download individual PDFs or the whole batch as a ZIP. Each issued certificate has a QR link to its saved issuer record. If a name changes, correct it while preserving the prior record’s status. If a certificate should be withdrawn, revoke it.
Try the workflow before paying.
Open the interactive sample with no account. Starter includes 25 certificates and ten notification emails in total, two saved templates and three courses. No card is required.
Try the certificate studio ↗Start a free workspaceFor the next cohort, too.
Studio costs CAD $19.99 per month, renewing monthly until cancelled. It includes 300 new certificates and 100 certificate notification emails per calendar month, 20 templates and 100 courses. Stripe provides checkout and self-service cancellation. Canadian subscriptions at launch.
Notification emails are queued. The launch service shares a limit of 60 certificate notifications per day across accounts, so queues can span days. PDF and ZIP downloads are available immediately. See the terms and sending limits before purchasing.
A completion record needs clear boundaries.
The training provider decides who completed its workshop and is responsible for the record. A QR check shows that provider’s saved record and current status. CohortMark does not independently establish identity, attendance, skills, licensing or accreditation.
Verification pages are unlisted and excluded from indexing. Anyone holding the link can view the recipient name, course, issuer, dates and status. Recipient email addresses stay private. Keep sensitive identifiers out of your certificate text.
Help shape the next version.
We are looking for three independent workshop providers to try a real cohort and give practical feedback. Does the roster import fit your process? Do long names print clearly? Is correcting a record straightforward?
Try the sample, then tell us where the workflow falls short at [email protected]. Please do not email complete recipient rosters or account credentials.
