Cookies and browser storage

Updated October 8, 2026 · Notice version 2026-10-08.1

This notice covers the Logic Foundry public website, operated by Logic Foundry Solutions Inc. Cookies and similar storage can support necessary features or optional analytics. Browser local storage is not technically a cookie, but we explain and control it here too.

Your choice

Optional analytics starts only after you choose Allow analytics or enable it and save preferences. Reject optional is as available as allowing it. Necessary storage supports requested features and remembers your privacy choice. You can use Cookie preferences on any page to inspect or change your choice. Closing the panel, scrolling or continuing to browse does not grant optional consent. Choices are separate for each website origin; we do not share a tracking identifier between brands or domains.

We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals by keeping optional analytics off. Choices expire after six months, and a changed notice version prompts a fresh choice. If browser storage is unavailable, optional analytics stays off.

Optional services and retention

Our own website analytics records known page paths, referral website names, broad device categories and visit/action counts. It does not store form contents, names, email addresses, full IP addresses, full browser signatures or URL query strings in the analytics database. Browser and visit IDs are hashed on the server. A notice-version and consent timestamp accompany accepted analytics events as a consent receipt, linked to the hashed browser identifier. Events are retained for up to 395 days; daily aggregate history is retained for reporting. Declining stops future analytics and removes analytics identifiers in this browser; prior counts remain. No Google Analytics, advertising tracker or cross-site profiling is configured.

Security and service providers

Our server and delivery/security providers, including Cloudflare, process technical requests to deliver and protect the website. Security cookies may be set when protection features require them. Rejecting optional analytics does not disable necessary security processing, login, enquiry handling or network logs. Those records are separate from website analytics. Providers may process information outside Canada. Follow a linked provider's own privacy notice when you leave this website.

Managing or removing storage

Use Cookie preferences to stop optional analytics. Your browser's site-data controls can also remove stored information; doing so may sign you out, remove a cart or require you to choose preferences again. A browser choice does not remove information you have separately submitted in an enquiry or customer account.
